  • Can I ship the product overseas?

    Due to the system, we cannot ship outside the USA.


  • When will I receive the items I ordered today?

    Unless otherwise specified, after confirming payment/order confirmation, we will arrange shipping for regular items within 24 hours, and it will be delivered in 3-7 days depending on the destination. If you have the desired arrival date and time, please write "Maybe delivered from 「XX month XX day XX hour to XX hour」 in the memo when ordering. If you forgot to make a note, please contact customer support before the item is shipped. However, even if the time is specified, it may not be possible to deliver within the specified time due to circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.


  • Where can I check the delivery status?

    Once the tracking number is given, the system will send an email to update the delivery. Please check according to the content of the email. In addition, the shipping company will inform the e-mail address and phone number you entered about the delivery status of the product. If you do not receive the email, please contact Customer Support.

  • How many payment methods are there?

    You can pay with credit card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

  • I don't have a credit card, can I pay with a debit card?

    You can use PayPal to register a debit card bank account and make a payment.

  • An error occurred while trying to pay through PayPal, what should I do?


    The following are possible reasons for incomplete payment.

    ●Card issuers may have technical problems and cannot pre-authorize customers' cards.

    ●The card issuer prevents payment for security reasons, because the payment method is different from the usual method. ⇒Customer card does not support online payment.

    ●You may have reached the payment limit for your bank card.

    ●The network is unstable or insecure during payment.

     To ensure payment is processed correctly, please try the following:

    ●Pay again with another card.

    ●Ask your card-issuing bank whether your card is valid and compatible with online payment, whether there are any latest technical issues or restrictions on the card.

    ●Please use a secure network when making payments. If the above method does not solve the problem, please contact customer support.

  • Where can I write an order note?

    You can place the order by entering the date of arrival and the receipt of the receipt under [Order note] from [Cart].


  • Please tell me how to use the coupon.

    Select the item you like from [Shopping Cart] and press [Checkout] to display the payment method screen. Enter the [Coupon Code] available from here.


  • Can I use different coupons at the same time?

    Due to system reasons, coupons cannot be used together.

  • I sent the wrong address, can I change it?

    You can contact customer support to make changes before shipping. If the item has been sent and the support cannot change it, please contact the shipping company to change the shipping address.

  • I forgot to use the coupon code and placed an order. Can I cancel and reorder?

    Please contact customer service within 24 hours after confirming your order. Cancellations and refunds will be provided free of charge.

  • If something goes wrong, can I return it or refund it?

    We will refund the full amount or replace the same product within 30 days of the arrival of the product. After 30 days, the parts will be replaced or partially refunded.

    *We will bear the shipping cost for return and resend. In addition, if the product cannot be replaced due to production completion or limited products, we may request a refund even if you request replacement.

  • I forgot my order number, can I return or refund if I have trouble?

    If you do not know the order number, we will not be able to support you, so when requesting service, it is necessary to inform us of the order number. You can also search for the order number by the name of the orderer. If you do not have an order number, please enter the name of the orderer.

  • Can you explain how to refund?

    The refund method and the number of days required depend on the payment method used when placing the order. After receiving the returned item on this website, we will return it to the same credit card you used to make the purchase. If PayPal is used for payment, the payment will be refunded to the account of the payment source. Usually, the refund process will be completed within 1-3 days. After the refund process is completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

  • Is it possible to issue a receipt?

    Please note that you can issue a receipt, but you cannot mail it. When requesting a receipt from Customer Support, please include your order number, address, and proviso.

  • Can I redeem it for another product?

    Only the same product can be exchanged, so we cannot exchange it with other products.

  • I want to delete the items added to my cart. What should I do?
