Product warranty
This warranty applies to products manufactured and sold by the Company. In the unlikely event that a product becomes abnormal, we will respond according to the situation based on the following warranty rules.

The warranty is valid only in Unite States.

Warranty period

Products with a manufacturer's warranty are provided within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Even if replacement or repair is performed with a replacement product, the starting date of the warranty period shall be the original delivery date of the applicable product.

Warranty target

This warranty is valid in the event that the product itself is damaged or malfunctions due to damage due to defective delivery or manufacturing defects.

In the following cases, the warranty is not covered even during the warranty period

Used and transferred products

Products purchased from official mail order sites and third-party retailers that are not authorized distributors

3. Failure due to misuse, such as dropping or impact during transportation or movement by the customer.

4. Replacement of parts, modification and adjustment of the product itself

5. Failure due to external factors such as disasters such as fires, earthquakes, floods, and abnormal voltage

Returns exchange

As a general rule, returns and exchanges of products purchased at APOSEN are unopened and unused, and returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are available only within 14 days after delivery. Returns / exchanges due to initial failures, such as inoperability or lack of parts, are available only within 30 days after delivery.

If you have any requests, please contact the inquiry desk in advance. If the item is returned without prior notice, we will not accept returns or exchanges. Please note.

If the product is defective

Up to 30 days after the product arrives, we will refund the product price (including tax) and shipping fee in full or exchange it for the same product. After 30 days, parts will be replaced or partially refunded.

We will bear the shipping cost for returning and resending. In addition, if replacement products are not available due to the completion of product production or limited products, we may ask for a refund even if you request replacement.

At your convenience

If you wish to return the product due to customer's convenience, such as when the product image is different, you ordered a different product, or you made a mistake in the number of orders, within 14 days after the product arrived, unopened / unused products As long as the return is available. In that case, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

In the following cases, we cannot accept returns.

1, the existing packaging has been opened or damaged

2, repackaged so that the product is intentionally damaged

3, product tag is removed

4, plastic packaging of parts is opened

5, other evidence of the product itself

6, products (including all accessories and warranty) are insufficient

About refund / return method


Please return it to the return address provided by Support. The delivery company and packing materials must be arranged by the customer. (Not specified)


We will process the refund after confirming the returned goods arrival.
